rapport de mission de Ouganda par M. Samuel Yoo

Dear Msn. Mark,

Thanks to your prayer, we have had a graceful Bible conference at
Lweza conference centre. It was the first Bible conference for
Kyambogo centre alone since we began our pioneering work on Kyambogo
campus.
There were many obstacles to overcome to have the conference.
Because of some tests during weekend, our sincere Bible students could
not attend the conference. Two persons including a new freshman could
not attend the conference because of sudden death of his sister just 2
days before the conference. The conference place was changed abruptly
due to insincerity of the manager of the place just 4 days before the
conference. We had to find a new place all of sudden.

In spite of such problems we could have the conference by His grace.
Thank you for your prayer support. Without your prayer, we could not
have made it.
3 new sheep who attended the conference opened their hearts before the
words of God.
Our leaders, though we are small in number, sacrificed our personal
lives and served the conference. Sheph Julius and Beatrice family had
sick children during the conference (their second born had a painful
crisis), but they served the conference with all their hearts. Sister
Barbara who had just registered PG diploma course denied herself and
attended the conference and served through praise and worship program
even if her course is done during weekends only. Though Satan's attack
was tenacious, we could overcome by faith.
Msn. Joseph Kim and two Chinese brethren served praise and worship
with all their hearts. Their presence was a great blessing to us.
Most of all, Shepherds John and Julius delivered their messages
powerfully that all of us could accept the wonderful love of Jesus and
His amazing hope in the kingdom of God. I am so happy because of His
wonderful love of forgiveness and His wonderful promise on "my
Father's house".
I am also so happy to have sincere coworkers in Kyambogo and to have
your prayer support. Praise the Lord!
May the Lord bless you abundantly!

In Christ, Samuel Yoo

1 encouragements:

  1. Thank you for the mission report from Ouganda. We certain that the work of God is more powerful than any tenacious interruption from Satan. May God continue his powerful work of Word by 1:1 bible study. Amen.
